PRIVATE 1-2-1 session PRICES:
55 min session: £45/55 depending on location (local to Paddock Wood). £5 session discount for block bookings.
25 min taster session: £25/30 depending on location (local to Paddock Wood).
About the class:
The Yoga for Adults classes move at a gentle, yet progressive pace. Classes offer a variety of posture work (asana), plus breathing and relaxation techniques. There is a focus on working with good alignment using the Anusara principles of alignment. Classes incorporate the foundation asanas; forward bends, back bends, side stretches, twists, inversions and balance, for a healthy spine. Suitable for:
Beginner: complete beginners and those returning to yoga after a break/ in need of a recap on the foundations
& Level one: intermediate students who may have more extensive experience in yoga
Those with injury or areas of concern in their body are also encouraged to attend.
Teens are welcome to attend with an adult.
